Terms & Conditions Please read these Terms and Conditions. When you book you are entering into a binding contract with us, the property owner.
1.	Note especially that;
	You must read and accept the Booking Terms and Conditions and agree to them on the booking form.
2.	Your Booking:
	You must be over 18 years of age at the time of making your booking.
	Let commences at 4.00 pm on day of arrival and the apartment should be vacated by 10 am on the day of departure. Guests are asked to leave the apartment clean and tidy and remove personal food and perishable items.
	Bed linen is provided for each bed, plus an extra set. A hand and bath towel is provided for each person.
	Smoking is only allowed outside on balcony
	Guests must accept responsibility for damage caused to the apartment and it’s contents during their stay and will be liable for the cost of repair or replacement.
	Guests should notify Mrs Marie Stitt of any faults found on arrival or during their stay so that we can ensure the apartment is properly maintained.
	An additional charge of 40 euros per stay will be incurred to cover the cost of cleaning the apartment, payable by guests
	£50 Deposit (Good Will Bond) is payable to secure your booking. All monies to be paid 8 weeks prior to arrival.
	OVERSEAS BOOKINGS. Sterling cheques drawn on a U.K. bank or, Euro cheques made out in sterling, Payment by bank transfer: - Transfers to be made in pounds sterling, to: Mrs Marie Stitt, Bank Details supplied on request. The hirer must pay all bank charges.


	We can refuse any booking before we issue a confirmation, and in that case we will promptly return any monies you have paid and be under no other liability.
	As soon as you receive a confirmation, you must check it carefully. If there are any errors or omissions you must inform us immediately.
3.	Payment.
	After you have paid the deposit, the balance of your holiday cost must be paid not later than 8 weeks before the holiday start date. *We do not send out final reminders.*
	Non-payment of your balance monies, when they become due, will constitute cancellation of the holiday and forfeiture of the deposit payment.
	If you book your holiday less than 8 weeks from its start date, the full holiday cost must be paid before we can issue the confirmation.
	You must pay for such a booking by one of our agreed terms of payment and send confirmation of payment details to us.
	The website prices are cash prices.
4.	Cancellation or Changes by You.
	If you have to cancel your holiday, for whatever reason, you must immediately write to us to tell us why, marking the envelope! Cancellation.
	Your cancellation only takes effect when we receive written confirmation from you.
5.	Descriptions and Accuracy of Information.
	We do everything we can to ensure the accuracy of the information contained in our website.
	However, the properties and their descriptions are provided to us in good faith but may have changed by the time you book your holiday.
	It is important that you thoroughly check all details, including the price, at the time of making your booking.
6.	Cancellation or Changes by Us.
	Once we have issued you with a confirmation we will make every effort not to make any changes to your booking or to cancel it.
	Sometimes though changes do occur before and after bookings have been confirmed, and very occasionally confirmed bookings have to be cancelled.
	We promise to do all we can to avoid such changes and cancellations but must reserve the right to do so.
	We will only cancel confirmed bookings less than 8 weeks before departure where you have failed to make all payments due in full or on time, or where we are forced to do so as a result of circumstances outside our control.
7.	Satisfaction.
	We work very hard to make sure that every part of your holiday goes well and your holiday enjoyment is really important to us.
	While you are on holiday please inform us of any difficulties you may have at the earliest opportunity.
8.	Prices.
	The prices displayed on our website are in euros
9.	Privacy and Data Protection.
	This privacy statement demonstrates our firm commitment to privacy.
	Any personally identifiable information you share with us will be used for the purposes of processing your enquiry or booking, and providing you with holiday information.
	The following discloses our information gathering and dissemination practices for our websites.
	We are the sole owner of the information collected on our websites.
	We only request information that is essential, and we do not sell or distribute that information to any third party.
	Our booking procedures require customers to provide contact information, such as name, address, e-mail and telephone numbers, and financial information such as bank account or credit/debit card details.
	Contact information that you provide to us will be used to contact you in the event of a query about your booking or your subsequent stay.
10	The owners will not be held responsible for any loss or damage to any personal property or personal items however they occurred.
